Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Create and edit engaging Reels / short-form videos (Instagram, TikTok)
- Produce posts, carousels, and stories
- Shoot content (iPhone-level is sufficient) when needed
- Add subtitles, music, transitions, and trending formats
Social Media Management
- Manage and post content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
- Write captions and select hashtags
- Plan and schedule content
Growth & Strategy
- Suggest content ideas and trends
- Contribute to growing audience and engagement
- Maintain consistency and brand tone
Analytics & Reporting
- Track performance (views, engagement, reach)
- Provide simple reports and insights
- Adjust content based on results
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven ability to edit videos (Reels/TikTok style) this is essential
Experience managing social media accounts
Basic understanding of content trends and algorithms
Ability to create content independently (not just post)
Creative, proactive, and execution-driven
Nice to Have
Basic photography/video shooting skills
Important
This role requires someone who can create AND manage content.
