Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a creative Content Creator & Planner who can lead seasonal and monthly content planning, design engaging visuals, and create posts that reflect our brand identity. This role is both strategic and hands-on—you’ll plan campaigns and also bring them to life across our platforms.

  • Content Planning
    Develop seasonal and monthly content calendars aligned with trends, events, and campaigns.
    Suggest and plan creative campaigns for holidays, back-to-school, and product launches.
  • Content Creation & Design
    Create high-quality visuals (photos, reels, videos, and graphics).
    Design posts, banners, and promotional material using Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
    Write engaging captions and copy for social media and promotions.
  • Specialization (at least one)
    Photography/Videography:     Shoot and edit professional product & lifestyle content.
    Ad Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and monitor paid campaigns with measurable ROI.
    Stationery/Art Knowledge: Add authentic storytelling, tutorials, and product creativity.
  • Social Media & Reporting
    Schedule and publish content across all social platforms.
    Engage with followers and maintain a consistent online presence.
    Track analytics and prepare performance reports with insights for improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Creative & Strategic: Able to plan content that matches both brand goals and seasonal themes.
  • Skilled Designer: Strong in design tools like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.
  • Experienced Creator: Proven background in social media content creation and planning.
  • Multi-talented: Strong in at least one area — photography/videography, ad campaign management, or art supplies knowledge.
  • Organized & Reliable: Can manage calendars, deadlines, and multiple projects with ease.
  • Communicative: Able to write engaging captions and collaborate with the marketing team.

Must be in Kuwait with a transferable visa
