Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop quarterly content plans aligned with campaigns, seasonal offers, and business goals
Create and manage content calendars and messaging themes
Act as the main point of contact with the external marketing agency
Prepare briefs and review, revise, and approve content deliverables
Ensure consistency in brand tone, visuals, and messaging
Create content in-house when needed (reels, stories, captions, basic visuals)
Supervise daily social media moderation and ensure timely, professional responses
Escalate sales leads, complaints, and sensitive inquiries to relevant teams
Coordinate with internal teams and branches to gather updates and promotions
Support digital marketing campaigns and ad-hoc marketing tasks
Monitor competitors and relevant market trends
Prepare monthly performance reports (reach, engagement, content performance)
Analyze results and suggest improvements to content strategy

Desired Candidate Profile

2-4 years of experience in social media, content, or digital marketing roles
Experience coordinating with marketing or content agencies is a strong plus
Strong content planning and organization skills
Good eye for branding and visual consistency
Basic content creation and design skills
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Arabic (Native) & English (Very Good / Fluent)
