Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Support marketing campaigns, events social media coverage, and announcements with relevant social media posts and content.

  • Create and edit engaging social media content, including short videos filmed on mobile devices.
  • Assist in planning and scheduling social media posts to support visibility, engagement, and follower growth.
  • Monitor social media trends and activities to identify ideas for content improvement.
  • Ensure daily posts and communications follow brand guidelines and tone of voice.
  • Maintain and update the social media content calendar, coordinating with design and content teams.
  • Handle day-to-day interactions on social media, responding to comments, messages, and mentions professionally and in a timely manner.
  • Escalate sensitive inquiries or issues to the responsible team members when required.
  • Track engagement metrics and assist in monitoring progress against marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with communications and creative teams to ensure alignment across channels.
  • Undertake any additional duties as assigned by the line manager

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in marketing, Communications, Media, Public Relations, or a related field.

Professional certification in Digital Marketing or social media (preferred).

  • Experience: 1-2 years of proven experience in social media management or digital communications.
