Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Key Responsibilities
- Create, schedule & post fresh content for Facebook, Instagram (graphics, captions, hashtags).
- Monitor engagement, reply to comments & messages (under supervision).
- Assist in building a content calendar (weekly/monthly planning).
- Track basic metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) & report insights.
- Stay updated on trends, platform updates, and competitor activity.
- Support photo/video shoots or design simple creatives (Canva/Adobe basics needed).
- Collaborate with marketing & design teams to align brand voice.
- Required Skills
- 0 2 years experience in social media management or internships.
- Strong writing & copy editing skills.
- Familiarity with scheduling tools (Buffer, Later, Meta Business Suite).
- Basic graphic design (Canva, Photoshop) a plus.
- Understanding of Instagram/Facebook algorithms & analytics.
- Good communication & proactive attitude.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0 2 years experience in social media management or internships.
