Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design visually engaging graphics, images, and videos tailored for various social media platforms to reflect the nursery s brand and mission.
- Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media content calendar aligned with key events, campaigns, and educational themes.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather content, stories, and updates for timely and relevant social media posts.
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers, parents, and the wider community across all social media channels.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare regular reports to inform strategy and optimize engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media and digital design.
- Collaborate with educators and staff to highlight classroom activities, special events, and student achievements.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, safeguarding policies, and privacy standards.
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns to promote nursery programs and events.
- Support the creation and editing of newsletters, flyers, and other digital communications as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in social media management, digital design, or a related field.
- Female
- Very good photography abilities
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work full-time, on-site, and collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and visual storytelling.
- Experience in content planning, scheduling, and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite).
- Ability to adapt to the evolving needs of a dynamic educational environment.
- Demonstrated passion for early childhood education or working with children is a plus.
