Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and curate content calendars, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand voice across all social media platforms, including video, graphics, and written content.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals, focusing on platform-specific nuances to maximize engagement.
  • Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, customer inquiries, and crisis management, responding promptly and professionally to maintain a positive brand reputation.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics, identifying trends and insights to optimize content and campaigns for improved ROI and audience growth.
  • Conduct thorough competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends, informing content strategy and platform selection.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., content, design, sales) to ensure social media efforts support broader marketing initiatives and business objectives.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and platform features, proactively adapting strategies to maintain relevance and effectiveness.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, ad creative development, and performance tracking, to drive targeted reach and conversions.
  • Build and nurture relationships with influencers and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to amplify brand messaging and expand audience reach.
  • Create and manage social media contests, promotions, and interactive campaigns to boost engagement, generate leads, and drive brand awareness.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Demonstrates 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably within the tech or platform industry.
  • Exhibits a strong understanding of social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn) and their respective best practices.
  • Possesses a proven track record of creating and executing successful social media campaigns that have achieved measurable results.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Hootsuite) and data-driven decision-making.
  • Exhibits excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content.
  • Possesses strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Demonstrates creativity, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for creating engaging visuals.
  • Familiar with SEO principles and how they relate to social media content optimization.
