Roles & Responsibilities

  • Create, schedule, and post engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.

  • Write short, professional, and visually appealing job posts, updates, and service highlights.

  • Manage daily engagement — reply to messages, comments, and inquiries professionally.

  • Increase followers, engagement rate, and organic reach using smart growth strategies.

  • Design and publish branded visuals using Canva or similar tools.

  • Collaborate with management to promote recruitment campaigns and aviation services.

  • Track and report monthly on social media insights and growth performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience managing social media pages for a business or agency.

  • Excellent English writing and communication skills.

  • Basic graphic design knowledge (Canva or Adobe Express).

  • Familiar with social media analytics and trends.

  • Self-motivated, creative, and detail-oriented.

  • Based in the UAE or available to work remotely on UAE hours.

Preferred Skills •

  • Experience with LinkedIn Business Pages and Meta Business Suite.

  • Understanding of recruitment, HR, or aviation industry content is a plus.

  • Knowledge of content scheduling tools like Buffer, Metricool, or Later.
