Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality photo and video content for property listings, projects, events, and brand campaigns.
- Shoot, edit, and publish engaging reels, short videos, and promotional content for social media platforms.
- Manage and grow the companys presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Plan and execute social media calendars and digital marketing campaigns.
- Design creative campaigns, promotional posts, and branding materials aligned with market trends.
- Run and monitor paid online advertising campaigns to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
- Coordinate with the sales team to promote projects and property launches effectively.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral formats, and Dubai real estate market updates.
- Analyze social media performance and prepare monthly reports on engagement and campaign results.

Candidate Requirements
- Experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Strong skills in video shooting, editing, and content production.
- Proficiency in editing and design tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or similar software.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social media campaign management is preferred.
- Creative mindset with strong communication and branding skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Experience in real estate content creation will be an added advantage.
- Female candidates with confidence in on-camera presentations are preferred.
