Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct social media audits to ensure uniformity across platforms and channels like Facebook, Instagram, Zomato, and aggregators
  • Gather customer feedback and insights from social media, including reviews and comments.
  • Share this feedback with the operations team to identify areas of improvement or address specific customer concerns.
  • Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, relevant hashtags, and trending topics to stay informed about community conversations.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms to maintain an active presence and build relationships with followers and guests.
Job Requirements:
  • 2 years of proven work experience as a social media executive within Food Retail or Food & Beverage Industry
  • Energetic self-starter.
  • Ability adapts to a multi- cultural environment.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
