Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage social media team members (copywriters, designers) by guiding and overseeing their work.

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos) across multiple social media platforms.

• Develop brand-focused messaging and campaigns to increase audience engagement and drive traffic.

• Monitor social media channels, manage client and line manager expectations, and ensure timely deliverables.

• Run and optimize paid ad campaigns across social platforms.

• Analyze social media campaigns using analytics tools to track KPIs, measure ROI, and provide actionable

insights.

• Conduct competitor analysis and prepare monthly performance and trend reports.

• Coordinate with other internal teams to align social media activities with marketing strategies and campaigns.

• Keep track of industry trends, new tools, and social media influencers to enhance brand presence.

• Assist with day-to-day administrative and marketing support tasks.


Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Media Sciences, Marketing, or related field.

• 1–2 years of relevant experience (agency experience preferred).

• Hands-on experience with content management tools and social media scheduling platforms.

• Strong creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.

• Knowledge of SEO content, Google Analytics, and online marketing channels.

• Proven ability to run and manage social media ad campaigns.

• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

• Strong understanding of audience behavior across various social platforms and industries.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
