Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain official social media pages across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and Snapchat
  • Develop and execute high-quality content creation strategies, including visual, video, and written formats, tailored to each platform.
  • Plan and implement media buying strategies to support campaign goals and maximize reach and ROI.
  • Lead paid media campaigns across META & Google platforms — from strategy to reporting
  • Conduct detailed media/performance analysis to assess the effectiveness of content and paid media, and refine strategies accordingly.
  • Create engaging, platform-specific content — from reels and motion graphics to copy and carousels and handle day-to-day scheduling of posts using social media tools to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and audience behavior to keep content fresh and relevant. And analyze social and campaign performance using analytics tools to optimize results
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader brand and campaign objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in social media management, including content creation, media buying, and campaign management.
  • Skilled in video editing and design tools (CapCut, Canva Pro, Adobe Suite, etc.)
  • Strong skills in analytics and tools for performance analysis and to track ROI, analyze insights, and adapt content accordingly
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills tailored for diverse digital audiences, organized, creative, and thrives in a fast-paced luxury retail environment
  • Fluency in written and spoken Arabic is required.
