Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative social media strategies that align with brand objectives, ensuring a distinctive online presence.

  • Create engaging, relevant, and shareable content tailored to diverse audiences across various platforms, driving community interaction.

  • plan and run advertisements and Lead Generation Campaign as per social media trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for brand positioning and engagement.

  • Analyze performance metrics and insights to refine content strategies, improving reach and engagement rates continuously.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, showcasing a strong academic foundation. Good to have

  • A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in social media management or digital marketing within a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social for performance tracking.

  • Certification in social media marketing or digital marketing, demonstrating a commitment to professional development.

  • Lead generation and Meta experience is mandate.
