Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with company goals.

  • Manage all platforms — Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. Visit Miracle Garden, Dubai Parks & Resorts, Bluewaters, and other sites to take photos, videos, and create engaging content.

  • Handle the full process — shooting, editing, posting, and writing captions. Plan monthly content calendars and run promotional campaigns.

  • Monitor trends and apply creative ideas to increase followers and engagement. Run and manage paid ads (Meta, TikTok, Google).

  • Track performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.

  • Respond to comments, DMs, and online inquiries.

  • Maintain a consistent brand image and tone across all platforms.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Any Bachelor's degree, showcasing a strong academic foundation.

  • A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in social media management or digital marketing within a fast-paced environment in UAE

  • Proven record of growing social media platforms

  • Strong photography and videography skills Proficient in Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools Excellent communication, creativity, and time management skills Valid UAE driving license (on-site content creation required) Flexible to work during weekends and events
