Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the company s marketing goals.

• Manage day-to-day content creation for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.

• Create visually appealing posts, stories, reels, and videos to promote our services and client success stories.

• Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and industry updates to keep content fresh and relevant.

• Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and build a strong online community.

• Track performance analytics and prepare monthly reports with recommendations for improvement.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to support franchise promotions, events, and brand campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field.

• 2+ years of experience in social media management (preferably in B2B or professional services).

• Strong understanding of content strategy, branding, and audience engagement.

• Proficiency in design and content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar).

• Excellent writing and communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

• Knowledge of paid social media advertising is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in promoting consulting, franchise, or corporate services.

• Video editing and storytelling abilities.

• Understanding of SEO and digital marketing integration.
