Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist with the main responsibilities of the Social Media Manager & the Brand Activations Manager in the overall management of all social media related workflow.
Keep all social media related logins and documents (calendars, trackers, database, reports, master lists, etc.) secured, organized, up-to-date, and readily accessible when needed.
Build and execute a social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
Generate, edit, publish and share daily & campaign content (original text, images, video) that promotes the brands products, builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
Set up and optimize the brands profiles and content within each digital platform to increase the brands visibility, easier & clearer access to all information about the brand, and encourage online orders.
Moderate and collaborate with social media influencers, other creatives and artists for extending the reach and enhance the presence of the brand. Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
Continuously improve the brands social media presence by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/ metrics, create monthly sentiment reports, provide insights and best practices, and then acting on the information gathered.
Work full-time hours in flexible shifts, which may include weekends and evenings depending on when events & meetings are scheduled or to meet deadlines.
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma Bachelor's degree in Filmography, communications technology or any related education.
