Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct proactive outreach to potential clients through phone calls, emails, and social media to generate leads and build relationships.
  • Maintain an organized database of prospects and follow up consistently to nurture relationships and move leads through the sales funnel.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing with clients while ensuring alignment with company policies and profitability goals.
  • Qualify leads by assessing their needs and pain points, ensuring that they align with the solutions your company offers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage campaigns and materials that can effectively support your sales efforts.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the specific requirements of each prospective client.
  • Track and report on sales metrics, providing insights to management on performance and opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge to position solutions effectively during client conversations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field to ensure a solid foundation in sales principles.

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales or a similar role, demonstrating a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage leads and track sales activities efficiently.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients and present ideas persuasively.

  • Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights that can enhance sales strategies and client engagement.

  • Experience in a specific industry (e.g., technology, healthcare) relevant to the company’s offerings to better understand client needs.

  • Bilingual proficiency can be a significant asset, especially in markets with diverse language requirements.

  • Demonstrated resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced sales environment, with the ability to handle objections and rejection professionally.

  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple accounts and follow up on leads without losing momentum.

  • A self-motivated attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow within the sales profession, contributing positively to team dynamics.

  • Native Spanish speaker and also good at communicating in English

  • Spanish pre sales and client servicing executive ( JOB ROLE) Service client in Dubai with client servicing, taking meetings understanding requirements and setting right expectation.

  • Coordinating with internal team to deliver results.

  • Focusing on delivering client good results and retain them long term.

  • Pre sales reach out to Spanish speaking doctors in North and South America on emails, fb, LinkedIn and then reaching out to them over phone to book online or offline meeting.
