Roles & Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and revenue.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
Create compelling and engaging content to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Create and curate high-quality, engaging content for various online channels, including blog posts, product descriptions, and multimedia content. (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
Implement and manage CRM systems to optimize customer interactions and drive customer loyalty.
Direct Interaction with customers on Whatsapp.
Qualifications and Skills
- Degree in Digital Marketing or Marketing,
- Minimum 1 year experience in Digital Marketing & E-commerce
- Accuracy and attention to details
- Proficiency in Social Media and CRM systems,
- Excellent communication skills
