Social Media & Luxury Content Creator TAHQIQ ALEZDIHAR LTD

MIRA Y MANO is hiring a highly hands-on Social Media & Luxury Content Creator to lead

daily content creation and high-frequency publishing across all platforms. This role is

intensely visual and creative: you will be responsible for producing luxury-standard

photography and video that can drive desire, virality, and sales. You will create routine

boutique item content and plan and schedule up to 30 posts per day (feeds, stories, reels,

short videos, etc.) across all social channels. The ideal candidate is based in Riyadh, has a

car (or reliable personal transportation), and has a proven track record of creating high-

performing fashion content and driving organic growth.

Key Responsibilities

Luxury-Level Content Creation (Core of the Role)

• Produce premium fashion photography and short-form video that meets luxury-brand

expectations in composition, lighting, styling, and storytelling.

• Capture the right angles, movement, textures, and details that create desire and increase

conversion.

• Create daily content featuring new arrivals, best sellers, styling edits, resort looks,

gifting, and trend-led selections.

• Deliver consistent, high-quality reels/shorts and story sequences that can trigger saves,

shares, and purchases.

• Direct quick micro-shoots in-store or on-location and manage simple set-ups (lighting,

background, styling).

• Ensure content is not only aesthetic, but commercially effective and aligned with

boutique priorities.

High-Frequency Posting & Scheduling

• Plan, create, and schedule content across all channels at high volume, up to 30

posts/day, based on campaign and calendar needs.

• Maintain weekly and monthly content calendars aligned with drops, seasons, and store

priorities.

• Repurpose hero content into multiple platform-native versions without losing quality.

Platform Ownership (All Channels)

• Own daily execution across Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant

platforms.

• Adapt storytelling, pacing, and formats to each platform’s best practices and audience

behavior.

Organic Growth & Virality

• Deliver measurable organic growth in followers, reach, engagement, shares, saves, and

video watch time.

• Spot and execute trends that fit MIRA Y MANO’s brand identity and Riyadh audience.

• Test hooks, series, captions, posting patterns, and creative formats to steadily improve

performance.

Designer Content Sourcing

• Proactively source and repurpose content from partner designers’ social media when

original creation is not available.

• Coordinate content requests with designers and ensure correct tagging, credits, and

approvals when required.

Tools & Software Proficiency

This role requires strong hands-on ability in a mix of mobile-first and professional editing,

design, scheduling, and analytics tools. Candidates should be comfortable working fast

without compromising luxury-level output.

• Video Editing: Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve (preferred), with

strong mobile editing skills via CapCut.

• Motion & Effects (plus): After Effects or equivalent tools for refined transitions,

typography, and brand motion.

• Photo Editing: Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom (desktop or mobile).

• Graphic Design: Adobe Illustrator (preferred) and/or Canva for rapid daily assets and

story layouts.

• Content Scheduling & Publishing: Meta Business Suite, TikTok tools, YouTube Studio;

familiarity with Later, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social is a plus.

• Analytics & Reporting: Platform insights; familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) is a

plus.

AI Tools & GenAI Workflow (Highly Preferred)

MIRA Y MANO encourages smart use of high-performing AI tools to elevate speed,

consistency, and creative range while maintaining authentic luxury taste. Candidates should

demonstrate responsible and brand-safe usage of AI.

• Creative Direction, Scripts & Captions: ChatGPT and Google Gemini for ideation, hooks,

storylines, and bilingual copy.

• Image Generation & Editing: Midjourney for high-impact fashion mood and editorial

concepts; OpenAI image generation in ChatGPT for quick drafts and variations; Adobe

Firefly and Canva Magic Studio for rapid daily formats.

• Advanced Image Options (plus): Experience with Gemini’s advanced image generation

options such as Nano Banana Pro is a plus.

• Video Generation & Enhancement: OpenAI Sora, Runway, Pika, and Higgsfield for fast

cinematic or trend-style short-form concepts.

• Upscaling & Finishing (plus): AI upscalers and enhancement tools when needed to

maintain premium output quality.

Requirements

• Based in Riyadh with a car or reliable personal transportation (role requires frequent

content capture in-store and on location).

• Strong experience in fashion/lifestyle social media with a portfolio demonstrating

premium photography and high-performing short-form video.

• Proven ability to create content that drives desire, virality, and sales (examples

required).

• Excellent eye for luxury fashion aesthetics, styling, and brand storytelling.

• Hands-on mastery of both mobile-first and professional editing workflows.

• Solid execution across Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, and YouTube.

• Ability to work independently and maintain speed + quality under high-volume output.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in multi-brand boutiques, concept stores, premium retail, or luxury fashion

marketing.

• Ability to shoot with DSLR/mirrorless is a plus (mobile excellence is mandatory).

• Comfort with basic lighting set-ups, sound, and quick on-site styling improvements.

• Advanced skills in Illustrator/Photoshop for luxury-level graphic polish.

• Familiarity with trend research tools and creator ecosystems for fast ideation.

KPI Focus

• Quality and commercial impact of visual content (luxury-standard execution).

• Daily content consistency and volume.

• Weekly/monthly organic follower growth.

• Engagement rate, shares, saves, story completion, and video watch time.

• Contribution to boutique sales through effective product prioritization and campaign

execution.

Portfolio Requirement

Candidates must share a portfolio or live links showing fashion photography, reels/shorts,

and examples of content that achieved strong organic reach, engagement, or sales impact.
