Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute monthly and quarterly social media strategies aligned with company objectives
- Manage all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Oversee & Create all social media content (posts, ideas, scripts, copywriting, reels)
- Plan, launch, and optimize media buying campaigns
- Manage daily social media activities (posting, engagement, messages, community management)
- Monitor performance and prepare regular reports (reach, engagement, leads, ROI)
- Lead and coordinate designers, setting priorities and ensuring quality output
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure consistent marketing messaging
- Work closely with management to achieve marketing and business goals
Desired Candidate Profile
3 6 years of proven experience in social media and digital marketing.
Strong hands-on experience in content creation and paid advertising.
Proven ability to grow and manage social media accounts independently.
Deep knowledge of ad platforms and analytics tools (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics).
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently with full ownership of results.
