Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase the visibility and online engagement of the company.
  • Manage the company's presence on social media platforms
  • Analyze the performance of social media campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Develop strategies for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin, etc.) to increase brand visibility and engagement
  • Develop editorial calendars to organize and schedule publications.
  • Research and implement trends and best practices in social media
  • Design and create engaging and relevant content (text, images, videos) for different social platforms
  • Ensure consistency of brand voice and image across all social media channels
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and production teams to generate attractive visual content.
  • Interact with followers and respond to comments, private messages and mentions
  • Manage partnerships and collaborations with influencers and key partners.
  • Moderate discussions and maintain a positive and engaging environment
  • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.) to monitor the performance of social media campaigns.
  • Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPI) and propose recommendations to improve future campaigns.
  • Follow trends and analyze results to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on social networks
  • Optimize ads to maximize return on investment (ROI)
  • Analyze ad performance and adjust advertising strategies accordingly.
  • Train and coach internal teams on best practices in social media
  • Perform technological and competitive intelligence to stay up to date with new features and trends.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Creativity and a sense of innovation.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their best practices
  • Data analysis skills and use of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.).
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate with various departments.
  • Organization and time management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Diploma in marketing, communication, or equivalent field.
  • Significant experience in social media management, preferably in real estate.
