Roles & Responsibilities

Strategic social media management:

  • Analysis of client briefs and identification of digital challenges (visibility, engagement, conversion, brand platform).
  • Adapting brand platforms into clear, consistent and differentiating editorial concepts.
  • Development of multi-platform social media strategies, with a focus on paid activation (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn).
  • Coordination of influencer campaigns: selection of profiles, monitoring of activations.
  • Performance monitoring, KPI analysis, insight extraction and adjustment of systems.

Operational & creative lead:

  • Support and guidance for Community Managers in their daily tasks.
  • Validation of content and animation mechanics, ensuring their alignment with the overall strategy.
  • Direct intervention on complex or sensitive campaigns, requiring a high level of creative or strategic rigor.
  • Working closely with the consulting, creative and influence teams to ensure the consistency and relevance of campaigns.

Management, coordination & tools:

  • Mentoring junior profiles (Community Managers, interns), with a focus on skills development and operational monitoring.
  • Coordination of social media projects with cross-functional teams (consulting, creative, strategy), and active participation in alignment points.
  • Ability to delegate effectively while maintaining a global view of ongoing campaigns.
  • Expert use of business tools: Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, G Suite
  • Continuous monitoring of social media trends, algorithmic developments and emerging formats.

Desired Candidate Profile

Formations :

  • Master's degree (Bac +5) in Digital Marketing, Communication, Strategic Marketing, Brand Marketing, E-commerce, Web Writing, SEO or digital communication.
  • Professional certification courses (Google, Meta, HubSpot) in the fields of social media, online advertising, or analytics.

SKILLS :

  • Strategic mastery of advertising environments on social networks (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok), with a vision oriented towards audience, message and brand objectives.
  • Ability to understand a client brief, identify brand challenges and translate them into clear, consistent and differentiating digital editorial concepts.
  • Excellent command of marketing presentations (Slides) with speed of execution and strategic clarity.
  • Strong leadership and managerial stance, with the ability to train, supervise and challenge a team or a pair.
  • Expertise in influencer marketing, including profile selection, concept co-creation and performance tracking.
  • Active monitoring of social media trends, with the ability to identify opportunities and adapt them to the brands followed.
