Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the company's social media strategy.
  • Manage and engage with social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Create and plan engaging content (posts, stories, videos, reels).
  • Develop a monthly editorial calendar.
  • Develop the community and increase engagement.
  • Responding to messages and comments (community management).
  • Launch and manage sponsored campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Analyze performance (KPIs: reach, engagement, conversions).
  • To monitor the competition and follow digital trends.

  • Training in digital marketing, communication or equivalent.
  • Experience in social media management (minimum 1-3 years).
  • Proficiency in creative tools (Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, etc.).
  • Knowledge of advertising platforms (Meta Business Suite).
  • Excellent writing skills (French and Arabic).

Desired Candidate Profile
