Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and increase visibility.
  • Use Google tools (AdWords, Analytics, Trends, etc.) to track performance and uncover insights.
  • Develop and implement YouTube growth strategies to increase organic video views and audience engagement.
  • Manage and grow online communities across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, and others.
  • Create, publish, and manage content in Arabic and English, ensuring it aligns with platform trends and brand voice.
  • Monitor KPIs and platform analytics to report on performance and suggest optimizations.
  • Stay up to date with digital trends, algorithm updates, and platform features.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in SEO and working with Google tools.
  • Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken) is a must; strong command of English as well.
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms, especially Snapchat, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and how to tailor content to each.
  • Experience managing and growing online communities.
  • Ability to create engaging content and collaborate with designers/editors when needed.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with YouTube content planning or optimization.
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar.
  • Background in media, digital publishing, or content creation.
