Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement across multiple platforms.
  • Manage daily operations of all social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, posting, and community management.
  • Collaborate with creative, marketing, and retail teams to align social media campaigns with overall brand objectives and product launches.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, using insights to optimize content and strategy.
  • Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster a positive, interactive online community.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure innovative and effective campaigns.
  • Oversee paid social media advertising campaigns, including budget management, targeting, and performance analysis.
  • Coordinate influencer partnerships and user-generated content initiatives to expand brand reach.
  • Ensure brand consistency in voice, messaging, and visual identity across all social channels.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and new platform adoption to maximize audience engagement.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience managing social media for brands or organizations.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing successful social media strategies.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Experience managing paid social media campaigns and budgets.
  • Proven ability to grow and engage online communities.
  • A passion for art, creativity, and digital storytelling.
