Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement across all major platforms.
  • Manage daily operations of all social media accounts, including content planning, scheduling, and publishing.
  • Create, curate, and oversee high-quality, engaging content tailored to target audiences and aligned with brand messaging.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive brand communication and campaign execution.
  • Engage with online communities, respond to customer inquiries, and foster positive interactions to build brand loyalty.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure innovative and effective strategies.
  • Manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.
  • Identify and build relationships with influencers and brand advocates to expand reach and credibility.
  • Handle crisis communication and reputation management on social platforms, ensuring timely and professional responses.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience managing social media platforms for brands or organizations.
  • Expertise in developing and executing social media strategies for e-commerce or retail businesses.
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics, KPIs, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Demonstrated ability to create engaging content and manage multimedia assets.
  • Experience with paid social media advertising and campaign management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
