Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.)
- Create, curate, and publish engaging content (text, image, and video)
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing team members to maintain a consistent brand voice
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
- Hands-on experience with content management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later)
- Excellent knowledge of major social media platforms and best practices
- Understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics, and social media KPIs
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
- Strong copywriting, editing, and communication skills
- Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite) are a plus
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
