Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Tasks and Duties:
- Social Media Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and manage the brand s social media calendar aligned with the overall brand strategy.
- Create and plan engaging posting ideas for all platforms based on core concepts and marketing objectives.
- Schedule posts across social media platforms according to the approved plans and strategy.
- Audience Engagement and Interaction:
- Supervise communication with followers and audiences, ensuring consistent and professional engagement.
- Monitor and manage customer reviews, ensuring timely and appropriate responses to maintain a positive brand image.
- Oversee consumer interactions by responding promptly to comments, messages, and reviews across all channels.
- Content Management and Platform Oversight:
- Manage and support all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, email, TikTok, and others, as per the platform-specific strategy.
- Maintain and update pages with relevant content while ensuring alignment with sentiment analysis and audience trends.
- Reporting and Analytics:
- Generate and deliver consistent reports on social media performance weekly and monthly.
- Track and analyze content performance, sentiment, and audience feedback to provide actionable insights.
- Brand & Creative Alignment:
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to create captions and visuals that align with the brand persona and seasonal themes.
- Ensure a consistent and cohesive brand image across all digital platforms.
- Assist in brainstorming and creating engaging captions and ideas in collaboration with the content and design teams to align with campaigns and seasonal activities.
Working Locations and Conditions:
- On site at minlo's HQ at New Nozha , from Sunday to Thursday.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4 7 years of experience in social media management, with at least 2-3 years in a leading role.
- Proficiency in social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms.
- Proven track record of delivering successful social media campaigns.
- Data analysis and reporting expertise.
