Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We’re looking for a creative, organized, and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead and elevate our digital presence across all major social platforms. You will be responsible for creating, planning, scheduling, and managing engaging bilingual content (English & Arabic) that reflects the luxury, wellness, and transformation Elegant Hoopoe stands for.

This is a key role in shaping the brand’s online voice, building community, and driving engagement, awareness, and conversions.


Key Responsibilities

● Develop and execute a strategic social media content calendar across platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter/X.

● Create bilingual (English & Arabic) content: captions, visuals (with the creative team), reels, stories, and video scripts.

● Oversee content production—from ideation and scripting to shoot coordination and publishing.

● Manage post scheduling and daily publishing using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Suite.

● Monitor trends and adapt content strategies to stay relevant and innovative.

● Engage actively with followers, respond to DMs/comments, and foster community interaction.

● Work closely with the marketing, creative, and clinic teams to align messaging with campaigns and offers.

● Track analytics and prepare monthly performance reports to assess growth, engagement, and campaign success.

● Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors for promotions and partnerships.

Stay updated on social media trends in the aesthetics, beauty, and wellness industries.

Desired Candidate Profile

● Proven experience (3+ years) managing social media for luxury, beauty, health, or wellness brands.

● Fluency in both English and Arabic—spoken and written.

● Strong knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and analytics tools.

● A creative thinker with visual storytelling skills and attention to aesthetic detail.

● Experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or equivalent video editing apps.

● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-driven, and client-focused environment.

● Strong understanding of local GCC and UAE markets is a plus.
