Roles & Responsibilities

We re seeking a sharp, proactive Social Media & Community Manager to lead day-to-day execution across multiple brands. You ll turn strategy into consistent, high-quality content and measurable growth on IG and LinkedIn. This is a hands-on, multi-disciplinary role blending creative taste, analytics, and AI-powered workflows to boost reach, engagement, and conversions. A portfolio is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Content & Creative

  • Plan and post a weekly content calendar; develop theme weeks, seasonal hooks, and series concepts (e.g., AI Micro-Tips, Build Notes, Client Wins ).

  • Draft, design, and publish posts daily across Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts as relevant.

  • Ghostwrite captions with a crisp, editorial tone and maintain distinct voices per brand.

  • Transform long-form ideas into short-form carousels and reel scripts.

  • Light video editing using CapCut/Reels app and design carousels in Canva/Figma.

  • Study each brand to create content in their unique voice.

Community & Growth

  • Proactively manage comments, DMs, and engagement; nurture fans, especially key audiences like real estate agents.

  • Surface and cultivate UGC; maintain top fan lists and ambassador touchpoints.

  • Identify high-performing posts using tools like Trial Reels and propose paid boosts with small budgets.

  • Suggest collaborations, experiments, and growth opportunities.

  • Maintain link-in-bio hygiene, UTMs, alt-text, and accessibility standards.

Analytics & Operations

  • Track performance weekly; set baselines, report insights, and recommend tests.

  • Implement content scoring for hook, saveability, shareability, and watch time.

  • Build repeatable AI-assisted workflows for ideation, clipping, repurposing, and first-pass edits.

  • Ensure content library organization, posting QA, and rights management.

Tools & Optimization

  • Use Google Suite, Slack, Canva, Figma, Reels editing tools, Bitly/UTM builder, and platform-native analytics for publishing and reporting.

  • Confidently apply AI tools (ChatGPT, Descript, Autocut) to accelerate production while maintaining taste and quality.

  • Execute lightweight paid boosts with guidance; coordinate with specialists for larger campaigns.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

Experience

  • 3+ years managing social media for design-forward, premium brands or creators.

  • Portfolio demonstrating strong taste, storytelling, and short-form video skills.

  • Comfortable with Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube; understands platform nuances.

  • Experience using AI tools for content production (e.g., ChatGPT, Descript, Autocut).

Skills

  • Strong portfolio showcasing taste, storytelling, and short-form video creation.

  • Proficiency in Canva, Figma, CapCut (Adobe Suite a plus).

  • Confident analyzing insights, defining experiments, and iterating based on data.

  • Highly organized, proactive, and responsive with excellent communication.

  • Experience with light motion/animation, basic Meta Ads Manager, or working in startup/tech environments is a plus.
