Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company objectives.
  • Manage the company s official accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others).
  • Create engaging and creative content (text, images, videos, stories, and ad campaigns).
  • Plan, execute, and monitor paid advertising campaigns across different platforms.
  • Track, analyse, and report on performance metrics using analytics tools.
  • Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and build an active community around the brand.
  • Collaborate with the content, design, and digital marketing teams to ensure alignment of campaigns.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices and apply them effectively

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3 5 years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in managing social media platforms and tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
  • Strong skills in creative content writing and storytelling.
  • Solid knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).
  • Experience in managing paid campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads).
  • Excellent communication and crisis management skills.
  • Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively.
