Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage social media strategies aligned with client and business goals
- Plan monthly content calendars for multiple brands and industries
- Create, publish, and schedule content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, etc.)
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and account managers to deliver high-quality content
- Manage community engagement (comments, messages, reviews) professionally and on-brand
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports with insights and recommendations
- Manage paid social campaigns in coordination with the media buying team
- Ensure brand voice, tone, and consistency across all social channels
- Handle multiple accounts while meeting deadlines and KPIs
