Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee our company s interactions with the public through implementing content strategies on social media platforms. You will be responsible for managing and growing our brand presence, engaging with audiences, and driving traffic and sales through social media channels.


Key Responsibilities:


Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to align with business goals.


Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok


Monitor social media channels for trends, brand mentions, and relevant conversations.


Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to optimize campaigns and improve engagement.


Collaborate with marketing, PR, and creative teams to coordinate campaigns and messaging.


Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting and targeting.


Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews promptly and professionally.


Stay updated on the latest social media best practices, tools, and technologies.


Monitor competitors and provide insights to enhance our social media presence.



Qualifications:


Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.


Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools (e.g., Facebook and instagram Insights).


Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.


Creative mindset with ability to design and curate visually appealing content.


Strong organizational and multitasking skills.


Experience with social media advertising and budget management is a plus.


Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
