Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy:
    • Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy aligned with the aesthetic medical center s goals and objectives.
    • Manage and optimize the center s social media profiles on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn.
    • Monitor trends, audience behavior, and platform updates to ensure the center remains at the forefront of social media innovation.
  • Content Creation:
    • Create high-quality, engaging, and original content, including photos, videos, graphics, and copy, tailored to the aesthetic and tone of the medical center.
    • Plan and execute content calendars, ensuring a consistent posting schedule that aligns with promotional campaigns, events, and other marketing initiatives.
    • Collaborate with the medical and marketing teams to produce educational and promotional content that highlights the center s services, treatments, and patient success stories.
  • Community Management:
    • Engage with the center s online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
    • Foster a positive and interactive online presence that encourages patient loyalty and brand advocacy.
    • Monitor and report on social media performance metrics, using insights to refine strategies and improve engagement.
  • Campaign Management:
    • Plan and execute targeted social media ad campaigns to promote specific services, treatments, or events.
    • Track campaign performance and adjust tactics as needed to maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Influencer Collaboration:
    • Identify and build relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors within the beauty and wellness industry.
    • Coordinate collaborations, sponsored content, and giveaways to increase brand visibility and credibility.
  • Brand Consistency:
    • Ensure that all content and communications are consistent with the center s brand guidelines, tone, and messaging.
    • Maintain a high standard of quality and aesthetics across all digital channels.
  • Market Research:
    • Conduct regular market research to stay informed about competitors, industry trends, and patient preferences.
    • Use insights to inform content strategy and identify new opportunities for growth and engagement.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager and Content Creator, preferably within the beauty, wellness, or healthcare industries.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative content across various social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and content creation software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Excellent photography, videography, and editing skills.
  • Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive copy.
  • Knowledge of SEO and social media best practices.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for beauty, aesthetics, and patient care.
