Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Knowing what to post, when, and why. You follow the AI and tech news cycle closely and you know how to move fast when something matters.
Building content that speaks to both Western tech audiences and the Middle East, two markets we operate in seriously, not as an afterthought
Working with our comms, product, and exec team to turn complex ideas into content that's sharp, accessible, and true to who we are.
Managing content calendars, coordinating assets, and keeping the pipeline moving, especially around launches, events, and announcements
Tracking performance and being honest about what's working and what isn't. We make decisions based on data, not vibes
Desired Candidate Profile
You live in the tech and AI space online, not just as a job, but because you're genuinely curious about it
You understand the cultural nuances of both MENA and Western audiences and you know those aren't the same playbook
You write well in English and Arabic fluency is a genuine plus, not a checkbox
You have at least 4 to 6 years of social media experience, ideally in B2B tech, AI, or enterprise SaaS. You've done this before and you have the receipts
You're comfortable with ambiguity and working across time zones. We're a distributed team and we move fast
You're equally comfortable setting the strategy and executing on it. you take a brief and run with it
