Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a creative, highly organized, and fashion-forward Social Media Manager to handle the digital presence of a Canada-based luxury clothing brand.


This role is ideal for someone who understands luxury branding, fashion aesthetics, storytelling, and social media strategy — not just posting content, but building a strong and elevated brand identity online.


Responsibilities

  • Grow the brand’s social media accounts from the ground up with the right luxury branding, positioning, and target audience strategy

  • Build a strong online presence that aligns with the luxury fashion market and attracts the right demographic

  • Manage and grow the brand’s social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, etc.)

  • Plan and execute monthly content calendars

  • Develop luxury-focused social media strategies aligned with the brand image

  • Coordinate content creation including reels, stories, campaigns, and launches

  • Write captions and oversee brand tone/voice

  • Work closely with the creative/design team for content direction

  • Schedule and publish content consistently

  • Monitor engagement, DMs, comments, and community interaction

  • Track analytics, insights, and growth performance

  • Stay updated with luxury fashion trends, social media trends, and competitor activity

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • Experience managing social media for fashion, luxury, beauty, or lifestyle brands

  • Strong understanding of luxury branding and visual storytelling

  • Excellent eye for aesthetics and content curation

  • Experience with Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer, or similar tools

  • Knowledge of short-form video trends and content strategy

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

  • Graphic design/video editing skills are a plus


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with luxury or high-end brands

  • Understanding of fashion campaigns, launches, and influencer collaborations

  • Familiarity with Shopify and e-commerce brands is an advantage
