Social Media & Meta Ads Specialist

CommerceGenie is a performance-driven e-commerce and digital growth agency working with clients in Lebanon, the UAE, and internationally.

We are hiring an experienced Social Media + Meta Ads Specialist to own social media delivery end-to-end for our clients (strategy, content, publishing, and paid ads). This is a customer-facing role that requires strong ownership and proven results.

This is NOT a junior role and NOT limited to posting content.

WORK TYPE / COMPENSATION

• Part-time, remote
• Paid per project during the first 6 months (trial / probation period)
• Scope-based pricing per client/project
• If performance and workload justify it, this may evolve into a monthly retainer or salary-based structure

RESPONSIBILITIES (END-TO-END OWNERSHIP)

1) Strategy and planning

• Build and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals
• Prepare monthly content calendars
• Plan Instagram grids and content structure

2) Content execution

• Write strong marketing captions in BOTH English and Arabic
• Create or coordinate static creatives and short-form videos (Reels / TikTok)
• Ensure brand consistency, tone, and visual quality

3) Meta advertising (MANDATORY)

• Manage Facebook + Instagram (Meta) Ads from A to Z
• Setup campaigns, audiences, targeting, budgets, and boosting
• Optimize weekly based on performance (CTR, CPC, CPA/ROAS where applicable)
• Provide clear reporting and actionable insights

4) Client communication

• Communicate directly with clients professionally (customer-facing)
• Manage expectations, timelines, and deliverables
• Coordinate with the CommerceGenie team internally

BONUS (NOT REQUIRED)

• TikTok Ads experience
• Google Ads experience (e-commerce or lead generation)
• Basic understanding of e-commerce funnels / CRO

REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVE)

• Minimum 3 years proven experience in social media marketing
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta (Facebook + Instagram) including ads
• Fluent in English and Arabic (written + spoken)
• Experience managing multiple clients simultaneously
• Strong organization, speed, and accountability (this role runs independently)
• Comfortable using AI tools to improve speed and quality (ideation, captions, workflow)

• Must be available for occasional in-person meetings if required
