Roles & Responsibilities

1. Social Media Moderation & Customer Engagement

  • Respond to customer comments, messages, and inquiries across all social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Maintain a positive brand image through fast, polite, and professional communication.
  • Handle customer complaints, escalate issues when needed, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Monitor community behavior and remove harmful or inappropriate content in line with company policies.

2. E-Commerce Support & Online Orders

  • Manage incoming online orders from the website or social media.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse/fulfillment team to ensure fast order processing.
  • Follow up with customers regarding order status, delivery updates, and payment confirmations.
  • Handle order cancellations, returns, and exchanges according to company guidelines.

3. Sales & Conversion Assistance

  • Assist customers in selecting products, checking availability, and recommending items.
  • Convert social media inquiries into successful sales.
  • Track and report customer inquiries, best-selling products, and frequent issues.

4. Content & Reporting

  • Flag trending customer needs, repeated questions, or common issues to the marketing team.
  • Provide daily/weekly reports on conversations, customer feedback, and order volume.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to improve responses, FAQs, and page performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

Previous experience in social media moderation, customer service, or e-commerce operations.

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to handle a high volume of messages and orders efficiently.
  • Basic understanding of online shopping systems, product catalogs, and order processing.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm during high traffic spikes.
  • Attention to detail and multitasking.
