Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor Coup s social media platforms to ensure a positive and respectful community environment.
- Review, moderate, and respond to user-generated content, comments, and messages in a timely manner.
- Identify and escalate inappropriate or harmful content according to company guidelines.
- Engage with followers to foster meaningful conversations and enhance brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to align moderation efforts with brand messaging.
- Track and report on community trends, feedback, and potential issues to inform strategy.
- Support the implementation of community guidelines and best practices across all channels.
- Assist in managing crisis situations or negative publicity on social platforms.
- Help organize and moderate live events, Q&A sessions, and online campaigns.
- Stay updated on social media trends and recommend improvements to moderation processes.
- Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn).
- Basic skills in content creation (Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, etc.).
- Understanding of social media ads (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads).
- Familiar with analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics).
- Basic SEO and hashtag strategy knowledge.
Soft Skills
- Creative mindset and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and writing skills (Arabic & English).
- Ability to plan and schedule content calendars.
- Time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.
Responsibilities Overview
- Create engaging content aligned with brand voice.
- Manage posting schedules and community interactions.
- Monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with designers, photographers, and marketing team.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field.
- 1 3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Experience in fashion retail or e-commerce is a plus.
