We re Hiring: Social Media Moderator
Location: New Cairo Industrial Zone
Employment Type: Full-time (On-site)

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Social Media Moderator to join our team and represent our women s clothing brand across digital platforms. You ll be the voice of the brand, handling inquiries, assisting with online orders, and ensuring customers enjoy a smooth and friendly shopping experience.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp
  • Assist customers in placing their orders online and guide them through the shopping process
  • Confirm orders with customers via phone calls to ensure accuracy
  • Coordinate with courier companies to arrange the most convenient delivery time for each customer
  • Maintain a professional and friendly tone while managing customer interactions
  • Update the team with any customer issues, delays, or feedback

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience in customer service or social media moderation is a plus
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
  • Confident using Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and online order systems
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple conversations at once
