Roles & Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement across all major platforms.

Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, visually appealing content that aligns with Above Automotive s brand and marketing objectives.

Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.

Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare regular reports to inform strategy adjustments and demonstrate ROI.

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative teams to support integrated campaigns and promotions.

Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure Above Automotive remains at the forefront of digital innovation.

Manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance optimization.

Coordinate with influencers, partners, and automotive communities to expand reach and foster authentic relationships.

Ensure all social media content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent voice and tone.

Identify opportunities for community growth and engagement, leveraging user-generated content and interactive initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in social media management, marketing, or a related field.

Strong understanding of major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for creative storytelling.

Demonstrated ability to create engaging visual and multimedia content.

Experience with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to drive strategy.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with paid social media advertising and campaign management.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Passion for the automotive industry is a plus.
