Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and schedule compelling content (text, images, videos, and stories) tailored to each social media channel.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly, and foster a vibrant online community.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align social media content with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure innovative and effective campaigns.
  • Manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.
  • Identify and build relationships with influencers and brand advocates to expand reach and credibility.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry developments to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Ensure all social media content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent voice and style.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or in a similar digital marketing role.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair.
  • Demonstrated ability to create engaging multimedia content.
  • Experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with paid social media advertising and campaign management.
  • Adaptability to evolving trends and willingness to learn new platforms and techniques.
