Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement content publishing schedules and ensure timely updates.
- Standardize brand voice and visual identity across all store accounts while allowing for local adaptation.
- Support store sales teams with social media guidance and localized content ideas.
- Monitor and analyze account performance data, generate weekly/monthly reports.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with store-level promotions.
- Provide training and support to store staff to improve their content execution and engagement skills
- 2+ years of experience in social media
- Strong content creation & communication skills
- Familiar with major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn)
- Experience in TikTok operations or proven successful cases is a plus
- Basic design skills are a plus
