Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Research & develop the social media strategy to enhance brand awareness and engagement across all major platforms.
  • Create, curate, and schedule compelling content tailored to diverse audiences, ensuring alignment with the brands mission and product offerings.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
  • Engage with online communities, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, analytics, and product development to support integrated campaigns and product launches.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, proactively recommending innovative approaches to audience engagement.
  • Manage paid social media advertising campaigns, optimizing for reach, engagement, and conversion.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry developments to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Ensure all social media activities comply with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience with AI-driven tools across design, research, and marketing functions.
  • Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful social media strategies.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and their respective best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
