Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute full Social Media Strategy across all platforms
- Create and design high-quality posts, stories, and reels
- Manage and grow all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, YouTube )
- Plan and run all social media paid campaigns
- Manage Google Ads, SEO optimization, and website traffic growth
- Analyze performance and provide regular insights/reports
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Strong understanding of social media KPIs, analytics tools, and reporting techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and emerging trends.
