Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and schedule compelling content (text, images, video) tailored to each social media channel.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall marketing campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep strategies fresh and effective.
  • Manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.
  • Identify and build relationships with influencers and brand advocates to expand reach and credibility.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to inform content and engagement strategies.
  • Support crisis management and reputation monitoring efforts on social platforms.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-3 years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to create engaging content tailored to different audiences and platforms.
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote, home-based environment.
  • Familiarity with paid social media advertising and campaign optimization.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
