Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, visually appealing content that aligns with the company s luxury brand image and marketing objectives.

Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, using insights to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement.

Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster a vibrant online community that reflects VIP RENT A CAR s commitment to exceptional customer service.

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative teams to support integrated campaigns and promotions.

Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure innovative and effective content strategies.

Manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.

Coordinate influencer partnerships and user-generated content initiatives to amplify brand reach.

Monitor competitor activity and industry developments to identify opportunities for differentiation.

Ensure all social media content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone and style.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

3-5 years of proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, preferably in the automotive, luxury, or hospitality sectors.

Demonstrated expertise in managing and growing social media accounts for brands.

Strong understanding of social media analytics, KPIs, and reporting tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.

Creative mindset with a keen eye for design, photography, and video content.

Experience with paid social media advertising and campaign management.

Ability to work independently in a remote arrangement and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Up-to-date knowledge of the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
