Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Create engaging content and write strong captions in English and Arabic aligned with the brand voice.
  • Develop a monthly content calendar and execute it effectively.
  • Coordinate and assist with photo/video shoots when needed (including simple mobile Reels).
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align content with paid campaigns.
  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
  • Stay updated with trends and apply them to enhance content.
  • Propose new creative ideas to increase engagement and sales.
  • Maintain brand identity and ensure visual consistency across platforms.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1 3 years of experience in social media management.
  • Strong content writing skills.
  • Experience in beauty, cosmetics, or e-commerce is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of photo/video editing apps (Canva, CapCut, etc.).
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and time-management skills.
