Roles & Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across platforms.

  • Create, curate, and schedule compelling content tailored to target audiences, including posts, images, videos, and stories.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly, and foster a positive online community.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and production teams to align social media campaigns with overall business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure innovative and effective campaigns.
  • Manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.
  • Coordinate influencer partnerships and user-generated content initiatives to expand brand reach.
  • Ensure all social media content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent voice and tone.
  • Support crisis communication efforts and manage reputation across digital channels as needed.
  • 1-2 years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrated ability to create engaging content and manage multiple social media accounts.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools and reporting.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and visual storytelling abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with paid social media advertising and campaign management is a plus.
