Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across all major platforms.

Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, engaging content tailored to each social media channel, ensuring alignment with brand voice and objectives.
Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly, and foster a vibrant online community.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to support integrated campaigns and product launches.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure innovative and effective campaigns.
Manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance optimization.
Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates to expand reach and credibility.
Monitor competitor activity and industry developments to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
Ensure all social media activities comply with company policies, brand guidelines, and relevant legal regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
3-6 years of proven experience in social media management, preferably within a marketing or advertising environment.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful social media campaigns across multiple platforms.
Strong understanding of current social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, Google Analytics).
Experience with paid social advertising, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, open office environment.
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
